It sends specific data to our servers that allow us to automatically monitor your computer’s critical systems and programs. Remote Tech automated monitoring system DOES NOT access your data or private information.
Remote Tech service calls are also completely secure and, to ensure your privacy, you open the door each time our technician remotely services your computer to make the repair.
