Consent: I give my consent to Efrat Networks to consistently monitor the health of my computer(s) and/or computer peripherals. If a problem arises, and a repair is required, I give my consent to Efrat Networks to remotely repair my equipment even if I am not in front of my equipment at the time of the job. This is solely on condition that I have been made aware of the need for the repair beforehand. I know that Efrat Networks will charge me a fee of NIS 200 + VAT per hour, at 15 minute increments, for any repair work done.
